Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide
We use Registered An Post (the Irish national postal service) for all deliveries unless otherwise requested. Registered Post National and International receive secure handling, provides a tracking number and needs to be signed for on delivery – please, use an address where you know someone can sign for the delivery.

Do you charge for delivery?

Posting within Ireland is €10.00. We use registered post.
It costs €15.00 to ship to the UK and Europe up to 2 kg and only €15.00 for the rest of the world up to 2 kg. We cover most of the shipping and packaging costs – that’s why our shipping rate is low. All our packets are sent by registered mail.
Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person specified on your order, in perfect condition and in the shortest time we can achieve. Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items.
Your item will be delivered to you usually within 2-3 working days for Ireland and 4-12 working days worldwide, all depending on the countries postal system once its left Ireland.

What if I wish to return my item?

If you are not completely satisfied you can return your purchase to us in its original condition, for a refund or exchange within 14 days of dispatch.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will provide a returns address.
Refunds are offered minus the shipping cost.
No refunds on exchange, return or refund on sale items.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their purchase is returned in the same perfect, re-sellable condition in which it was dispatched. This means unworn, undamaged and with all labels attached and in original packaging with a copy of the invoice included in the parcel. The cost and responsibility of returning goods lie with the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the loss in value will be deducted from the refund, at the discretion of Millars Connemara. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit.

What if my returned order gets lost in the post?

Should your returned item not arrive back with us, you will need Proof of Postage in order for you to make a claim for the missing item from your postal provider. Although we will try our best to help you locate your missing return, we reserve the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.

Can I do an exchange?

In the case of an exchange, please remember to state clearly, the item you require. Should the required piece be unavailable and provided the item is in its original unworn condition, with all labels attached and returned with the original packaging within 7 days of notifying us, a refund will be issued. We cover postage for the new exchanged item, so you will not be charged extra.
We only send the new item for delivery once we receive the returned product. No exchange available on sale items.
